Account Deletion – Apps by OTG Solutions

This page provides instructions on how to delete your account from any app developed by OTG Solutions. Each app under OTG Solutions has its own separate account, meaning that deleting your account will only affect the respective app and will not impact any other apps.

Delete Account from the App (Instant Deletion):

1️⃣ Log in to your account.
2️⃣ Go to Profile > Delete Account.
3️⃣ Enter your email and password to confirm.
4️⃣ Tap Confirm – Your account, including your profile image(if applicable), email, name, and password, will be instantly and permanently deleted from our system. This action cannot be undone.

Alternative Method – Request via Email (Processed Within 7 Days):

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can request deletion via email:

📌 Subject: Account Deletion Request – [App Name]
📌 Body:

• Registered Email: [Your Email]

• Reason for Deletion (Optional): [Your Reason]

Your request will be processed within 7 days, and upon completion, your email, name, and password will be permanently deleted from our system for the respective app. 🚀
